Volunteers Association
An initiative to serve the public, the memorial hall wishes to recruit from all walks of life volunteers who are passionate about public service and museum undertakings
Entry Requirements
l Passionate about public welfare and willing to dedicate spare time to promote and spread the spirit of overseas Chinese and Chinese culture at the memorial hall
l Aged 18 to 60 years, physically and mentally healthy, optimistic, good at communication, honest and trustworthy with good team spirit
l Abide by the rules and regulations of the Liem Sioe Liong Memorial Hall
l Undertake the standardized training organized by the memorial hall and pass the assessment for guides before being assigned to task
Volunteer Service
l Provide guided tour, answer enquiries and provide guide service to visitors. Assist in maintaining good visitor order
l Participate in planning and organizing activities of the memorial hall, answer enquiries, collect and collate data
l Comply with the arrangements made by the memorial hall and complete all the tasks assigned
