On 21 December, some 20 foreign students studying at the International College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University visited Liem Sioe Liong Memorial Hall where they learned how overseas Chinese from Fuqing, represented by Liem Sioe Liong, loved and contributed for the benefit of their hometown.
Liem Sioe Liong Memorial Hall, an important display window of Fuqing's "overseas Chinese culture", demonstrates the unique cultural confidence of Fuqing folks. By looking at the age-old exhibits on display and learning the entrepreneurial stories of overseas Chinese, the international students deepened their understanding of Chinese traditional culture and increased their interest and enthusiasm in learning Chinese culture.
